Founder & CEO, Caltrix

Alfred has led the company in helping over 500 SMEs successfully transition to digital platforms. With expertise in cloud accounting software implementation and other tech stacks. Alfred empowers businesses to access real-time, accurate financial data for informed decision-making. As a Chartered Accountant (CGMA, ACMA, and MIA member), he is driven by the mission to streamline traditional accounting processes. Alfred’s accomplishments include winning the Xero Award for Medium Accounting Partner of the Year in 2024 and Xero e-Invoicing Champion Partner of the Year (Malaysia) in 2025.

Allan Egan
Co-Founder and Managing Director, Borgo

Allan Egan is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Borgo, with 20 years of experience in accounting and financial services. Passionate about empowering business owners through innovation, Allan is dedicated to using technology to help clients succeed and simplify growth. Renowned for his leadership, streamlined client onboarding, and specialist Xero expertise, he is highly respected in the industry.

Co-Founder, Blubooks

Andrew is Co-Founder of Blubooks, a rapidly-growing accounting firm. He is helping guide the firm through its next stage of expansion - expanding globally, and serving more industries. Andrew’s leadership focuses on sustainable growth, innovation, and delivering modern, tech-enabled accounting solutions for a global client base.

Dan Quigley
Lead Accounting Technologist, MATAX

As the Lead Accounting Technologist at MATAX, Dan Quigley stands at the forefront of integrating innovative technological solutions with traditional accounting practices. Fondly referred to as the “app guy,” Dan specializes in crafting automated processes that streamline financial operations, allowing the team to concentrate on the analytical and interpretative aspects of accounting. His passion for technology is matched only by his commitment to ensuring that MATAX’s online bookkeeping services are as efficient as they are effective. Outside of his professional life, Dan strikes a chord in the music world as a guitar player for a touring band. It was in the rhythm of managing his band’s finances where Dan discovered his knack for financial management. This unique blend of artistic creativity and financial acumen makes Dan an invaluable asset to MATAX, as he continuously seeks innovative ways to merge his love for creativity, technology, and finance to benefit the firm and its clients.

Dave Sellick
Director, Sidgrove

Dave runs an ICAEW, Accounting Practice and Finance Consultancy and work almost exclusively with startups and founder-owned businesses. Dave helps businesses deliver innovative and high-quality services. Dave writes a quarterly Excel-based series for the Digital Accounting Magazine and speaks at various SME Accounting events.

Mere Teinaki
Director, Northland Chartered Accountants

Whangārei-born and bred, Mere Teinaki is the Director of Northland Chartered Accountants (Northland CA), a Whangārei- and Kerikeri-based firm. A Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience, she specialises in Xero, tax advisory, and making complex financial concepts easy to understand.
Mere has worked both within accounting firms and directly with clients across industries, helping business owners—from contractors and farmers to startups—gain clarity and confidence in their numbers. She has also served on the Xero Partner Advisory Council, contributing to shaping Xero’s approach to supporting small businesses and practices.
Beyond her professional role, Mere is a passionate supporter of the arts. She is an accomplished musician who performs with the Northland Sinfonia and has taken part in productions with the Whangārei Theatre Company. She also uses her accounting expertise to support local arts initiatives, reflecting her commitment to giving back to her community.

Tyler Caskey
Partner, The Bean Counters

Tyler is an experienced Accounting Partner & CFO with a demonstrated track record of improving or maintaining high performance finance, HR, payroll, and IT functions. He is skilled at developing sustainable processes and installing systems to optimise business performance and reporting.

Williem Haarhoff
CEO and Founder, DoughGetters Accounting Group

Willem Haarhoff is the CEO and Founder of the DoughGetters Accounting Group. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000 and worked with one of the Big 4 accounting firms from 1996 to 2014, including 11 years in Lagos, Nigeria. In 2017, he founded DoughGetters, a South African-based franchise network dedicated to helping business owners manage their finances and tax compliance.
